LDM Insights - JAN 2021

Welcome to our first edition for 2021!

We hope that 2021 will be alot more positive and prosperous that 2020. Covid is still the most pressing issue and we happy to see that our country is a stand out in how it is delt with compared to others.

January we find is always good for goal setting and setting the pace for both budgets and cash flow for the year now that the big spend (Christmas) is over... One area where savings can be found where you have a home loan are the loan rates. Interest rates have never been lower and there has not been a better time to sure up your home loan with the best rates possible.

At LDM we do not deal with mortgages or lending directly. We do work closely with brokers in this area and happy to arrange to provide contact details if you do require.

Should there be anything you need please let us know.

Kind regards,

LDM Private Wealth
